Returns

The following terms only apply for items purchased online. 

Please note our Returns Policy is different if you have made a purchase instore. We offer an exchange / credit note on full priced items only within 14 days of purchase. 

ONLINE RETURNS

At Aesthetic Bliss Fashion we want you to LOVE your purchase, but if for some reason its not suitable or you require another size, we are more than happy for you to return your items for an online credit (e-gift card) providing the following conditions have been met: 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date on your original sales invoice.
  • Items must have their original packaging, tags, incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) attached and be unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition. 
  • We do not offer straight exchanges or hold items for exchange.
  • Items must be full priced. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not offer refunds *(please see our refund guidelines below). 

Please note:
We reserve the right to return item/s if they do not meet the above conditions. All postage costs for the return/exchange is at the buyers expense.

We recommend returning your items via Express Post so it can get back to us as quickly as possible. Items are your responsibility until they reach Aesthetic Bliss Fashion, so we recommend using appropriate postal insurance/tracking to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

Once your return has been received please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and your online credit to be issued.

All returns and returns for exchange will be issued with a online credit in the form of a e-Gift Card. Online credits have no expiry and can be used to purchase another size or item.

SALE ITEMS

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale/clearance items or items purchased during promotional periods where stated so please choose carefully.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

If you have a faulty or damaged product please request a return by emailing admin@yourockstyle.com.au please include a picture of the deemed fault and your order number.

We recommend that you check over your garment for any manufacture faults and notify us within 10 business days of receiving the goods.

If a fault is found in the garment after this period it may not be accepted.

*REFUNDS

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, You Rock Style is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes items purchased using Afterpay.

If there is a major fault with your item we will first attempt to replace or repair the item. If this is not possible then we will offer you a online credit or refund. The outcome of a refund is at You Rock Styles discretion.

If the item was purchased using a Gift Card, the amount will be credited back to the gift card and not refunded. 

AFTERPAY RETURNS

If you wish to return your items purchased via Afterpay, please follow the same Return guidelines stated above.

Once your item has been received and processed we will  issue a online credit (e-gift card) via email that you can apply to your next purchase. 

While you will have your online credit to spend with Aesthetic Bliss Fashion, please note that your continued repayments from your initial Afterpay purchase will continue to be debited from your nominated account.

We do not cancel AFTERPAY payments if you choose to return your order.
