Returns

At Aesthetic Bliss Fashion we want you to LOVE your purchase, however if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please read the returns policy outlined below and follow the returns procedure to return your item(s).

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

CRITERIA
  • Full priced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an online credit. Please note we do not offer refunds. A refund will only be provided if an item is assessed and deemed as faulty. 
  • All items to be returned must be in their original unworn, unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) must be attached.
  • Please take care when trying on the item(s) as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains. If the item(s) is deemed unsellable it will simply be returned to the customer. 
  • We do not offer exchanges or hold item(s) for exchange.
  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  • Due to health regulations; earrings, hair clips, bath/body products cannot be returned unless faulty.
PROCESSING RETURNS
  • We process all returns within 3-5 business days of the item(s) being received.
  • If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the item(s) will be sent back to you.
  • You will receive an email with the details and outcome of your processed return.
  • Returned item(s) will be issued an online credit in the form of an online gift voucher (please note that the online credit unfortunately does not cover the postage costs)
  • Online vouchers have no expiry and can be used to purchase another size or item.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • If you believe your item(s) is faulty please contact us at deb@aestheticbliss.com.au quoting your order number and include a description and images of the fault.
  • Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded after assessment by Aesthetic Bliss Fashion staff. Cost to return the item(s) for assessment is at the customer’s expense.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO US

  • Ensure you have read and meet the above returns criteria.
  • Download and complete our returns form and include it with your return parcel.
  • Send your return parcel to:

  • All return postage costs are at the customer's expense.
  • Any returned item(s) are the customers responsibility until we receive them. We are not responsible for any returned item(s) that are lost in transit. We recommend that you secure tracking and/or insurance for the item(s)you are returning and keep proof of postage.
